Although the Thanksgiving holiday is officially next week, every day is a good day to be thankful for the blessings and positive people in of our lives.
We should always “give thanks” to our coworkers for a job well done, be grateful for the people in our families regardless of their flaws, and remember that having physical health allows us to enjoy different activities. A part of emotional health includes managing daily stressors in a balanced way so we are not overwhelmed.
Looking back on the year, make a list of all of the things you have accomplished and be thankful for those achievements. . .
